Brandon Contreras is the sergeant in charge of the communications division of the Willacy County Sheriff's Office.  Sergeant Contreras has extensive knowledge and training from jail division to license and certification in telecommunications.  He is over a great team of other licensed and certified telecommunications officers who do everything from dispatch to warrants to interpol.
